Supporting Implementation of Bio- and Food Fortification Programs BioAnalyt’s Technical Director, Holly McKee, held a week-long training with support from Food and Agriculture Organization. The training covered key aspects of food fortification monitoring and hands-on practice with iCheck devices used to measure quantities of vitamins and minerals in foods.
