With iCheck food control authorities save costs and time on screening products for compliance to fortification standards and can perform checks at border crossing points, at production and at the market for more timely decisions and ensure level paling field for the producers and suppliers of fortified foods.
Consumers expect safe, high-quality, and nutritious products. For food inspectors, ensuring that fortified foods meet regulatory standards can be costly, time-consuming, and complex, especially when monitoring the compliance of vitamin premixes and fortified foods.
iCheck simplifies this process by providing a user-friendly, rapid, and cost-effective solution for measuring vitamins and minerals in food on-site. With iCheck, food control authorities can ensure industry compliance, making fortified foods safer and more accessible to everyone.
By standardizing the measurement process, we have created a technology with results comparable to standard lab methods for specific matrices. iCheck, an all-inclusive, portable test kit, is designed specifically to deliver lab-quality vitamin analyses at the production line. All products are validated according to AOAC guidelines. For the method comparison and validation data visit individual product page.
We assess the performance of each test kit following a rigorous standardized process. This process is called a validation protocol. The validation protocol combines assessment of precision, trueness and a comparison to a reference method.
