The main factors that influence price are whether devices are purchased or leased, the volume of consumables and the import costs of the destination country.
iCheck devices are exclusively used with the iCheck consumables. Those are prefilled reagent vials that come in a box of 100 vials and are called Test Kits. The consumables have a shelf life of 12 months when stored upright at room temperature.
All the necessary accessories necessary are supplied with your iCheck device and Test Kit. For some solid food matrices an centrifugation step may be required (i.e. flour, CSB, FRK), if you do not have a centrifuge you can purchase a manual centrifuge from BioAnalyt. See the Accessories section under the Product Information.
If you lost any of the accessories you can reorder them separately. Please note that the Standards for iCheck Fluoro and iCheck Vitamin E have a limited shelf-life and it is recommended to reorder them on yearly basis.
Please note that the shipment and import cost are calculated based on the destination, the volume and type of products, and the incoterms (i.e. do you want the products to be delivered to the door or to the terminal). Our sales and shipment team will provide you with guidance and all necessary information upon receiving your request for a quote.
It is recommended to perform Device Control protocol illustrated in the supplied manual. If the Device Control fails contact our Technical Support team who will guide you through next steps in case the devices needs to be serviced and if there are any associated expenses. In general we recommend having the device serviced every two years.
For device to be serviced we need to have the device returned to our production facilities in Germany. Our technical support team will guide you through the process of returning the device on an individual basis as it depends on your location. Please use the original packaging when returning the device from lease or for servicing/maintenance.
