iCheck devices are used to measure levels of vitamin A,  iodine, iron, vitamin E, and total carotenoids in food, drinks and biological fluids samples.  

The types of samples that iCheck devices can test include refined edible oils (palm, soy, cottonseed, sunflower, corn, peanut, rapeseed, coconut and rice bran), table salt, premix, wheat and maize flour, soy and fish sauces, corn-soy blend, lipid-based nutrient supplement, liquid milk, milk powder, sugar, bouillon powder, roots (i.e. cassava), beverages, eggs, salmon, colostrum and cattle whole blood and serum.
