iCheck devices come with a 2-year warranty, and maintenance is free for the first 2 years. It is recommended to have your device serviced/maintained every 2 years.
To have your device maintained, contact support@bioanalyt.com and provide the device ID and the Device Control readings following the instructions in your User Manual. Our technical support team will then inform you if your device needs servicing. If your device needs service, you will receive a quote if the device is outside the warranty period.
