BioAnalyt, in partnership with Catholic Relief Services, strengthened the capacities of inspection and quality control managers in Burkina Faso by equipping them with iCheck devices for rapid micronutrient analysis. The training covered micronutrient deficiencies, food fortification status, regulatory frameworks, and hands-on use of iCheck kits for iodine in salt, iron in wheat flour, and vitamin A in oil.
