About the Role:
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales & Busi-ness Development Manager by managing inbound customer inquiries, maintaining CRM data, and assisting in sales operations. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in supporting reve-nue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a smooth order process.
- Manage order confirmations, invoicing, and payment tracking in CRM systems.
- Assist in sales reporting, tracking KPIs, and identifying performance trends.
- Support lead qualification by gathering key customer data and forwarding high-quality leads to the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Logistics to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Provide first-level customer service and escalate technical inquiries to the support team.
Your profile
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, reports, and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency (B2+) preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
