Paul was born in 1991 in the picturesque city of Dresden, Germany, known for its rich culture and history. While he initially set out to become a teacher, his passion for sports soon took over, shaping nearly two decades of his life.Even before completing his master’s degree, Samet was already looking for job opportunities in sales, since he had previously worked in the field. He came across a job opportunity at BioAnalyt, which suited his wish to improve his skills and gain experience in the global food fortification space where BioAnalyt mainly operates. We are glad that Samet found us, and we found him! He joined BioAnalyt in 2021 and currently works as Sales Associate, responsible for BioAnalyt’s edible oil segment customers.

Paul found his passion at nine, and by eleven, his team had won a national championship. By 15, he was playing in the 2nd Bundesliga. After school, he joined the 1st Bundesliga team Netzhoppers KW/Bestensee, where he also boosted the club’s social media presence and organized marketing campaigns. In 2015, he founded a coaching company, which he still manages, and during the pandemic, he worked as a teacher, helping children with disabilities and high school students. His upbringing with social worker parents prepared him for these roles.

Paul joined BioAnalyt in October 2022, intrigued by the company’s inspiring mission. Today, Paul takes care of BioAnalyt’s IT, and international shipments, collaborates on internal events, and enjoys connecting with customers from over 60 countries. His studies in English and sports science have proved valuable, enhancing his communication and problem-solving skills.

Juggling studies, coaching, and his role at BioAnalyt keeps Paul busy, but he thrives on the challenge. Outside work, he enjoys reading, gardening, playing chess, and gaming with friends when possible.

His favorite way to relax? Cuddling and playing with his two cats, his perfect end to a busy day.

Paul’s motto, “Ich denke, also bin ich; denk ich positiv, gewinn ich” (“I think, therefore I am; if I think positively, I will succeed”), reflects his belief that challenges are opportunities for growth. He’s excited for his future at BioAnalyt and confident in his path forward.
