The TechnoServe Program, Strengthening African Processors of Fortified Foods (SAPFF) in collaboration with the African Milling School (AMS) will conduct a 2-day training on “Improving fortification efficiency of maize flour and wheat flour” on the 8th and 9th August, 2018. Part of the training, specifically hands-on training on the micronutrients’ analysis in flour will be conducted Dr. Anna Zhenchuk from BioAnalyt.
