En tant que joueur professionnel de volley-ball, il s’est install\u00e9 en Europe il y a plus de 20 ans, o\u00f9 il a jou\u00e9 au plus haut niveau avant d’entamer une carri\u00e8re ax\u00e9e sur les op\u00e9rations et le recrutement. <\/p>

Au cours des 15 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, Jonathan a perfectionn\u00e9 son expertise en mati\u00e8re d’op\u00e9rations et de recrutement, en commen\u00e7ant par des clubs sportifs professionnels, puis en soutenant certaines des plus grandes entreprises du monde, notamment eBay, StubHub et Tesla. Sa formation universitaire en leadership organisationnel et en supervision, avec des mineures en psychologie et en interpr\u00e9tation musicale \u00e0 l’universit\u00e9 Purdue de Fort Wayne, a constitu\u00e9 la base parfaite de sa carri\u00e8re aux multiples facettes. <\/p>

La carri\u00e8re de Jonathan dans le volley-ball l’a \u00e9galement amen\u00e9 \u00e0 BioAnalyt d’une mani\u00e8re unique : il a recrut\u00e9 un autre joueur de volley-ball professionnel, Paul Sprung<\/a>, pour qu’il rejoigne l’\u00e9quipe.
