\u00c0 la suite d’une \u00e9tude<\/a> et d’une campagne de Changing Markets qui ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que tr\u00e8s peu de farines de bl\u00e9 et de ma\u00efs mexicaines \u00e9taient enrichies conform\u00e9ment aux normes, BioAnalyt et Changing Markets<\/a> se sont associ\u00e9s pour fournir \u00e0 l’agence mexicaine de contr\u00f4le alimentaire, COFEPRIS, plusieurs appareils iCheck Iron afin d’am\u00e9liorer leur contr\u00f4le r\u00e9glementaire.
