6 – 7 November 2018 – LAGOS, NIGERIA. Sector-Wide Training organized by SAPFF will address the Fundamental and Sustainable Approaches to New Product Development in the Nigerian Food Processing Sector. The “Strengthening African Processors of Fortified Foods” (SAPFF) is an initiative funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and is being implemented in Nigeria, Kenya, and Tanzania. The project aims to improve competitiveness of Food processors in the aforementioned countries and improve their capacity to produce and distribute fortified foods to local markets in order to ensure that consumers receive the essential nutrients they need to improve their quality of life.
