3 – 6 September 2019 – Leipzig, GERMANY. After 25 years, the International Symposium on Ruminant Physiology will again be taking place in Germany in September 2019. Every five years, the ISRP provides a great opportunity to present the state-of-the-art thinking and practice in ruminant physiology to an international audience of specialists. The topics of the meeting include the physiology of the gastrointestinal tract, intermediate metabolism and its regulation, reproduction and lactation, requirements for animal housing in view of climate change, and ruminants as a subject for comparative physiology.
