Thomas naci\u00f3 en Haldensleben, una ciudad medieval situada a orillas del r\u00edo Ohre, en la regi\u00f3n alemana de Sajonia-Anhalt. La ciudad es el hogar de las propiedades del famoso industrial alem\u00e1n Johann Gottlob Nathusius, que estableci\u00f3 negocios como la fabricaci\u00f3n de cer\u00e1mica, cervecer\u00edas y molinos de harina en la ciudad y sus alrededores. Al terminar, tuvo algunas dificultades para conseguir un trabajo como ayudante t\u00e9cnico de biolog\u00eda, ya que ten\u00eda poca experiencia laboral en ese campo. Esto le hizo trabajar durante unos ocho meses en una empresa de agua y saneamiento de Brandeburgo. Sin desanimarse, Thomas sigui\u00f3 buscando trabajo en su campo de estudio. Encontr\u00f3 un anuncio de trabajo de BioAnalyt para un Auxiliar de Producci\u00f3n en un popular portal de empleo alem\u00e1n y solicit\u00f3 el puesto. Thomas destac\u00f3 durante la entrevista y la prueba de trabajo. Se incorpor\u00f3 al equipo de Producci\u00f3n de BioAnalyt en octubre de 2020 como Ayudante de Producci\u00f3n.      <\/p><p>En BioAnalyt, Thomas trabaja en el equipo de Producci\u00f3n. Ayuda a producir dispositivos iCheck y viales de reactivos (o kits de pruebas). A Thomas le gusta trabajar en BioAnalyt. Dice: \u00abMe sent\u00ed inmediatamente como en casa desde el primer d\u00eda que llegu\u00e9 a BioAnalyt, y tengo un gran equipo que se preocupa por m\u00ed. Trabajar en el equipo de Producci\u00f3n nunca es aburrido, ya que tengo la oportunidad de trabajar en una gran variedad de tareas. Puede que al principio no me haga con cada tarea, pero con el tiempo y la pr\u00e1ctica, la tarea se hace m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. Si cometo un error en mi tarea, mi equipo se toma el tiempo necesario para ense\u00f1arme los procesos correctos y ayudarme a mejorar profesionalmente. La variedad de tareas, la amabilidad del equipo y el buen ambiente de trabajo hacen que aprecie a\u00fan m\u00e1s BioAnalyt.\u00bb Cuando se le pregunta qu\u00e9 le motiva en su trabajo, Thomas dice: \u00abMe motiva el equipo de BioAnalyt. Veo la gran dedicaci\u00f3n que ponen mis otros compa\u00f1eros en su trabajo, y esto me motiva a poner mi m\u00e1ximo esfuerzo en el trabajo que hago\u00bb.    <\/p><p>Fuera del trabajo, a Thomas le gusta ir a pescar. Tambi\u00e9n le gusta jugar al voleibol con sus amigos y espera unirse pronto a un club de voleibol.
