La calidad del marmoleo se correlaciona positivamente con niveles m\u00e1s bajos de vitamina A en la sangre, mientras que los ganaderos utilizan suplementos de vitamina A para reforzar la inmunidad.   <br><br>Los ganaderos tienen que controlar un delicado equilibrio. En las primeras fases del engorde del ganado, la vitamina A estimula el crecimiento de las c\u00e9lulas grasas. En las etapas media y tard\u00eda, la vitamina A inhibe la deposici\u00f3n de grasa. Por lo tanto, alimentar con una dieta deficiente en vitamina A durante esta etapa estimula el marmoleo. Por ejemplo, para el ganado Wagyu a partir de los 19 meses de edad, y durante los 6-8 meses siguientes, la concentraci\u00f3n recomendada de vitamina A en sangre es de 30-50 UI\/100 mL.    <br><br>Para garantizar un ganado sano y una carne de alta calidad, la vitamina A debe controlarse estrechamente en cada etapa del desarrollo del ganado.<br><br>Los niveles de \u03b2-caroteno (como
