BioAnalyt’s Technical Director, Holly McKee, will hold a week-long training in Banjul, Gambia with support from Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). The training will cover key aspects of food fortification monitoring and hands-on practice with iCheck devices used to measure quantities of vitamins and minerals in foods.
The training is part of an initiative by the Gambian government and FAO to tackle micronutrient deficiencies through food fortification and biofortification. The training will be held for key stakeholders at National Agriculture Research Institute ( NARI ) on 7-11 May, 2018.
